Two concrete frame high rise towers – one 27 story, one 17 story – built as retirement apartments. ADA Modifications and rehab of high rise senior living development, originally built by HB Deal. Converted 70 units in the 27 story building to 35 accessible units. Work was conducted while residents remained in the facility.
