HISTORIC RENOVATIONS & ADAPATIVE RE-USE

The renovation of an older building provides several unique challenges

You have to be ready to find surprises. What is supposed to be somewhere may not actually be there, or you find things that were not known beforehand. Also, you want to maximize the value of the new spaces that are being created.

HBD project managers are flexible and prepared to meet the challenges of renovating an older building and to develop creative uses for the new facility. We have taken retail strip centers and abandoned hotels and converted them to Class A office space
