140,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant office complex constructed on a design/build basis as a total renovation and conversion of a retail center into an office facility. Project included all new MEP/FP systems, new facade, and all new interior finishes and high-tech tenant improvements.

The Post Dispatch Building

This building, built in 1917 as the original newspaper headquarters, had its original limestone façade modified and covered in the 1960’s. After the metal panels were removed, we restored the limestone details with FRP, replaced street level storefront, replaced all windows with historically acceptable replacements, and renovated the lobby.
