Manchester/270 Buildings I, II & III Parking Garages

The Manchester/270 Building I Parking Garage provides parking for 429 vehicles. This garage is a 2 level, post tension/reinforced concrete structure with perimeter precast exposed aggregate spandrel panels. The Manchester/270 Building II Parking Garage provides parking for 254 vehicles. The Manchester/270 Building III Parking Garage provides parking for 1,057 vehicles.

Plaza Motors Parking Garage

The structure, a 170,000 sq. Ft. facility with the upper three structural decks being utilized for parking and the lower level as a body shop. The structure contains 550 parking spaces, as well as approximately 53,000 sq. ft. of enclosed space for the body shop facility. This is a post-tension/reinforced concrete structure utilizing full depth epoxy coated reinforcing steel. The exterior consists of granite exposed aggregate precast concrete spandrel panels.

The Jewish Hospital of St. Louis Parking Garage

Two-Phase project of a six-level, 1,200 car public and employee parking structure, constructed of reinforced concrete. Structure also includes one below grade level of loading dock and receiving facilities. Second phase parking structure is post-tension/reinforced concrete.

Creve Coeur Corporate Center (Soloman Brothers) Parking Garage

Part of a complete corporate office center, this garage is a 4-level post-tension / reinforced concrete structure with architectural panels and provides spaces for 1,150 cars

Continental Parking Garage
Architect:
St. Louis, MO
195 car, 7300 sq. ft. 5-level poured on place concrete garage constructed with very limited access on a very tight sight. The top level of the garage contains an entertainment deck with a stainless steel swimming pool.

Maryville II Office Parking Garage

A 2-level, post-tension concrete parking structure with perimeter precast exposed aggregate spandrel panels which provides parking for 400 vehicles.
