The structure, a 170,000 sq. Ft. facility with the upper three structural decks being utilized for parking and the lower level as a body shop. The structure contains 550 parking spaces, as well as approximately 53,000 sq. ft. of enclosed space for the body shop facility. This is a post-tension/reinforced concrete structure utilizing full depth epoxy coated reinforcing steel. The exterior consists of granite exposed aggregate precast concrete spandrel panels. |
