H.B.D. - Meeting challenges everyday
Church projects are extremely challenging, because a congregation has wonderful aspirations, but its funds are often limited. Currently we see a large number of multi-purpose, community/ parish centers being planned, along with expanded education space.

The project managers at H.B.D. can take your concept plan, and develop an accurate budget of what your building will cost, and also make suggestions to keep your project within your budget. A Construction Management approach is very valuable to continue, throughout design, to make sure that design and budget converge at a cost you can afford. No surprises at bidding, no drastic reduction in scope to react to a budget being blown. Instead, a collaboration between your committee, the architect and your builder to get your facility built for what you can afford.
