H.B.D. has clearly defined statements for our future, our business mission, and our guiding principles. Our statements are continually being brought to the work force by management and incorporate the following quality ideals:

- Customer satisfaction - we strive to exceed each customers expectations as they see their dream become a reality before their eyes.
- Improved safety our ongoing safety program - comprised of safety inspections, drug and alcohol policies and testing, weekly job site safety meetings and continuous education programs, always has an eye open for new or updated programs.
- Elimination of errors and defects - quality control means exactly that, controlling the quality. In order to exceed the expectations on a project, errors and defects must be eliminated.
- Follow through with promises - if we say we are going to do, it we will follow through with it. What good is our word if we do not keep it?
- Reputation as the best in the field - everyone wants to be the best in their field, and at H.B.D. we strive to reach that goal with each project completed.
- Continuous improvement - new ideas or ways to do things come about every day. We are not afraid to put these new procedures into use in order to improve our finished product.
